For our LIVE exam cram sessions
Refunds are possible if a request is submitted 48 hours prior to the live event started. Via email, using the email the account is linked to.
If your request is made within 48 hours of the event starting you will not be eligible for a refund, however, you will have access to the recorded content once available on site.
For our Study packs
Refunds are only possible if the pack was purchased, and not if awarded freely as a result of submitting a feedback form in an exam cram session. The pack must be unused to qualify for a refund.
For our memberships
All our memberships have a 14 day cool off period. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your subscription must be unused to qualify for a full refund.
Refunds can be requested after the cooling off period. Should you wish to suspend your account, your use will be calculated based on the individual pricing of a non-member. This total will be deducted from the cost of your membership and the remainder, refunded to the bank account in which the purchase was made from.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
