Meet The Educator

Dr Grace Poole

Junior doctor

Hi all, I’m Grace a paediatric academic foundation doctor at Kings College Hospital, London. I’m extremely passionate about medical education and believe the beauty in teaching is being able to make a complex concept, simple to understand. I have over 5-years teaching experience, including lecturing to audiences from 30-200 students online. I understand how stressful medical school can be and it’s my aim to help relieve part of that.

A bit about me, I graduated from St. George’s University in 2021. During my time, I was lucky enough to be awarded a triple distinction, achieving top 10 academically for four consecutive years. I undertook an intercalated BSc at Barts and the London School of Medicine in Neuroscience.

Outside of work, I love playing netball and am a big fan of wilderness and expedition medicine, so can often be found somewhere outdoors. Any questions about medical school, applying to the SFP or any of my lectures, feel free to get in touch. Otherwise, I look forward to seeing you at one of my lectures soon!
